Adalah dimaklumkan iaitu logo Kofi 29 adalah terdaftar dengan Perbadanan Harta Intelek Malaysia. Ianya berdaftar di bawah Akta Tanda Niaga 1976 dan Peraturan Tanda Niaga 1997. Oleh itu sebarang penggunaan logo tersebut tanpa kebenaran yang empunya hak adalah salah di sisi undang-undang Malaysia.
Pemilik logo berhak mengambil tindakan undang-undang kepada sesiapa yang menggunakan logo ini tanpa kebenaran.
Please be informed that Kofi 29’s logo has been registered with the Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia. It is registered under the Trade Marks Act 1976 and Trade Marks Regulations 1997. Therefore the usage of the logo without the permission of the owners is a violation of Malaysian laws.
Logo owners have the right to take action against those who use the logo without permission.
